| 1. How do I register your software? |
Answers:
Registering for our softwares means purchasing a registration
code that will unlock the full features of one of our products,
and remove any registration reminders or lock-outs.
Most of our products are available for download as a 'demo'
version - which means you get to try it out before purchasing!
In our opinion, this is the way all software should be - just
like buying a car - you try several that you like the look
of, and you purchase the one that you'd like to keep!
We have several methods available for you to purchase a registration
- the best being an online method . After you decide on your
purchases, and make a payment using a credit or debit card,
your registration code (or codes) will be sent direct to you
in an email within minutes!
By registering, you'll be eligible for free updates (0.1)
that we make to our software, and hefty discounts on new software
that we release!

| 2. I have lost my registration code - can you
resend it? |
Answers:
Certainly!
Please fill in our registration
update request form.
We will aim to send you a new code within 24 hours during
weekdays!
Its best to print out your registration email when you get
it, just so that you've got a copy somewhere that's not on
a computer!

| 3. How can I pay for your software? |
Answers:
The best way to pay for our software is online - through either
our own secure shop, or through one of many resellers you may
find on the web. All of these will accept a range of credit/debit
cards.
Buying through our own online shop is by far the best for
you and us - you get your registration through in just a few
minutes, and we don't have to pay a high percentage of your
payment to a reseller!
Finally, some of our products are available to purchase from
shops. While we only see a small fraction of the price you
pay at the counter for these, we do understand that it is
much nicer to be able to have a physical product that you
can gift-wrap to give to someone!

| 4. I've paid for an PdaApp product, but you haven't
sent me anything! |
Answers:
Our normal system means that purchases from the PdaApp shop
are dealt with in real-time, and you should receive a registration
email within minutes!
If there is a problem generating your registration - for
instance, you didn't provide a HotSync ID, then our system
waits until the next morning for human assistance.
If you haven't received your registration within 2 days of
ordering (3 days if via PalmGear), then please get in touch,
letting us know the email address you ordered with,
the product you purchased, where you purchased from,
and the order number you were given at the time of
purchase.
If you haven't heard anything back within 3 days of
ordering then this is likely to be either because you provided
an incorrect email address (for instance, with a mistype)
or there may be a problem with your Internet Service Provider
blocking email from us. In these cases, please get in touch,
with the same information as above, but if you have an alternate
email address that may help!
In almost all cases, we have received and sent out your order
on time, but there may have been an error in the email getting
to you. Our first response is to try a simple resend
of the registration. If you still haven't heard back from
us, then please give us an alternate way to get in touch with
you, and we'll try our best to contact you.

5. I've changed my email address!

Answers:
No problem! By letting us know your new email address, we can
keep you updated with new versions of your purchases, as well
as to keep providing you with offers on new products we bring
out!
